The candidate should have strong customer service and sales experience, be self-motivated, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device proficiently and maintain confidentiality.
