Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is hiring a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent the company inside several Dallas–Fort Worth retail partner locations. This territory-based role involves traveling between stores based on customer traffic and staffing needs, with a monthly schedule and evening/weekend shifts.

No HVAC experience required; we provide training, tools, and support. Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission, with top performers earning $25–$30 per hour including

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales promotions, or lead-generation is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills required.
• Willingness to travel between multiple retail locations within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start conversations about HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ services, promotions, and appointments.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule service or sales appointments.
• Enter customer and appointment information accurately into systems.
• Maintain displays and branding at partner locations and attend meetings.
