Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent the company inside major retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role travels between stores with a monthly schedule and requires open availability for evenings and weekends.

You will engage customers about home-comfort needs and schedule HVAC service appointments, with top earners reaching $25–$30 per hour including incentives. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable approaching customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions, and incentives.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
• Open availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about customers’ HVAC and home‑comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, repairs, and promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Accurately enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
