Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Retail Lead Generator to engage customers inside partner locations and schedule HVAC service appointments. This territory-based role covers multiple stores with monthly schedules and requires open evenings and weekends.

Training, tools, and support are provided. Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission, with top performers earning $25–$30 per hour including incentives.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions, and incentives.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel between retail locations within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about customers’ HVAC and home‑comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, repairs, and promotions.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify potential customer needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Accurately enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Walk store areas to proactively engage potential customers.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
• Maintain displays, signage, and promotional materials in a professional condition.
• Meet lead-generation, engagement, attendance, and performance targets.
