Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is hiring a Retail Lead Generator to represent the company inside major retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role travels between stores with flexible evenings and weekends and bi-weekly team meetings in Southlake.

Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission, with top performers earning $25–$30 per hour including incentives. Training and support are provided for success in appointments and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable approaching customers.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to build rapport quickly and keep conversations engaging.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions and incentives.
• Comfortable asking customers to commit to an appointment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about customers’ HVAC needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ services and promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Meet established lead-generation and attendance expectations.
