Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is hiring a Retail Lead Generator for the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Plano and Irving. This full-time role covers multiple retail locations with travel between sites and bi-weekly meetings at the Southlake office.

You will greet customers, discuss home-comfort needs, and schedule HVAC service appointments. No HVAC experience required—training and support are provided, with starting pay $20/hour plus commission and potential bonuses.

Formación

• Open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Able to travel regularly within the DFW/Plano area.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Retail, sales, or lead-generation experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers inside assigned retail partner locations and engage conversations about home-comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, and promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information accurately into company systems.
• Build rapport with store teams, manage displays, and ensure promotional materials are neat.
• Attend meetings and coaching sessions to improve performance and lead quality.
