Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent us inside major retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role travels between stores based on traffic and business needs.

You will greet customers, discuss home-comfort needs, and schedule appointments for HVAC services, with no HVAC experience required—training provided. Evening/weekend availability and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to travel between stores and to the Southlake office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within a DFW territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Discuss customers’ HVAC and home-comfort needs and promote Berkeys services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Maintain displays and promotional materials in a clean, professional condition.
