Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a Retail Lead Generator to represent us inside our retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role requires regular travel between stores, with emphasis on engaging customers and scheduling HVAC service appointments.

Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission, with top performers earning $25–$30 per hour including incentives. Training, tools, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable approaching customers.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by goals, commissions and incentives.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to travel regularly between retail locations within a DFW territory.
• Open availability for evenings and weekends.
• No HVAC experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about home‑comfort needs.
• Educate customers on Berkeys’ HVAC services, maintenance, repairs, promos.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
• Represent Berkeys professionally and ethically.
