The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is necessary; travel to additional locations

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; may lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Aufgaben

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and staff on client brands and product lines.
• Maintain high quality work in-store to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies and communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device effectively; maintain confidentiality of company and client data.
