Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Page, AZ is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will project manage, stock, and communicate with store personnel to educate customers about our client’s brands and products.

This role requires leadership, hands-on training of merchandisers, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, travel to additional locations, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Willingness to travel to additional locations; nights/weekends may be required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Minimum English conversational proficiency (spoken and written).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Experience with electronics/technical products.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits of client brands.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know and follow all company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device competently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
