Job summary

The Reese Group, Inc. is seeking a Retail Client Services Representative to represent client partners in a designated territory. The role is a 40-hour work week focused on increasing distribution, onboarding new items, rotating dated stock, and supporting store sets with point‑of‑sale materials.

You will call on customers in your area, maintain positive relationships, and communicate with clients promptly while using a tablet for reporting. Adherence to Reese Retail Standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four-year college diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increasing distribution on Reese represented products
• Calling on customers within their designated area
• Adherence to the Reese Retail Standards
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and customers
• Effective communication with clients and customers with timely follow-up
• Possess technical ability to operate a tablet or iPad
• Selected store sets
• Attending Food Shows when necessary
• Special Projects
• Retail reporting system: Daily utilization of the Reese retail reporting system
• Records/Reports: Weekly Itinerary, weekly reports, surveys and other related items
