Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Account Executive to join a team transforming how restaurants operate. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign new restaurateurs in your local territory using a consultative approach.

This field sales role is based from a home office; local residency or relocation to the territory is required. You will generate leads, perform demos, customize solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with commitments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or closing sales roles, restaurant ops, or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
• General technical proficiency with software.

Responsibilities

• Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure delivery meets expectations set during the sales process.
• Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast in the market.
