Caldera Medical invites a high-energy Territory Representative to drive growth across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and the Texas Panhandle. Based in Oklahoma City, you will partner with surgeons in OR settings, expand existing accounts, and open new opportunities to improve women's pelvic health with Caldera’s implants.
Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of outside B2B sales experience, a BS/BA, and a passion for medical devices.
Ready to take your B2B sales career into medical devices? Caldera Medical is hiring a Territory Representative to grow our implant business across the Central Region. Based in Oklahoma City, you'll cover a territory that spans all of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and the Texas Panhandle, with key markets in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Little Rock, Northwest Arkansas, Amarillo, and Lubbock. It's an established territory with existing customers and real room to grow.
You'll own the territory end to end: growing existing accounts, opening new ones, and working alongside surgeons in the OR as they adopt Caldera's pelvic health solutions. You'll get hands‑on coaching to build a long‑term career in med device, strong earning potential, and the chance to directly expand access to care for women.
Every case you support helps a woman get treatment for stress urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse — conditions that affect daily life but too often go untreated. As Caldera's presence across upstate New York, you'll be the person surgeons rely on, and your growth in the territory directly expands access to care. That impact reaches beyond the operating room: Caldera's Women’s Health Initiative, the largest humanitarian program in women's health, is working to treat one million underserved women by 2027.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a standard background check and drug screening, which is required for hospital credentialing.
