Gregory Poole Equipment Company in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Rental Sales Representative I to grow our rental market share across the assigned territory. You will develop relationships with contractors, industrial clients, and municipalities, delivering equipment solutions and responsive service to drive customer success.

This role demands proactive market intelligence, regular jobsite visits, and effective use of CRM to track opportunities, bids, and open rentals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3+ years in sales, business development, construction, or rental equipment.
• Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Grow rental market share through proactive business development and strong relationships.
• Visit active jobsites to identify opportunities and build contractor partnerships.
• Track projects from pre-construction to startup and manage schedules and equipment needs.
• Maintain CRM records of customers, prospects, and sales activities.
• Prospect new customers including contractors and municipalities to expand revenue.
• Collaborate with operations and credit teams to protect assets and resolve issues.
• Promote used equipment and coordinate with divisions to provide full solutions.
• Support collections and monitor aging invoices with credit personnel.
