Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships, manage an assigned territory, and perform patient assessments. You will engage physicians, nurses, discharge planners and payers, driving growth through patient referrals in a defined geography.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, clinical knowledge, and educational outreach to hospital programs, with a focus on improving admissions and community education.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with CPR certification and current licensure in state of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Two or more years in clinical or healthcare settings; nurse liaison or healthcare sales favored.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate referral relationships within an assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and discharge planners.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Use market analysis to identify opportunities and respond to admission barriers.
• Conduct in-services and presentations about services and outcomes.
