Job summary

Master Pumps & Power seeks an entrepreneurial Outside Sales professional to build and grow a territory in the industrial fluid process market.

This role values fluid systems and pump expertise, with a focus on hunting for new business, developing customer relationships, and closing sales. Experience with centrifugal, rotary gear, PC, positive displacement, and chemical pumps is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial sales experience with fluid process equipment.
• Strong knowledge of process and system hydraulics.
• Proven track record of sales growth and closing business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prospecting and relationship skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales management to develop a territory sales plan and drive new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide pump system solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Master Pumps & Power products and benefits.
• Use CRM and tools to manage time, territory, and pipeline.
