The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment rental (pump/power/climate control). Base pay ranges from $30,000 to $35,000 plus commission and a company car, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years sales experience
• Experience in equipment rental industry, pump/power/climate control market highly desired

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs
• Understand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing opportunity
• Optimize product and service offerings to diversify customer base
• Provide a full range of customized services and solution-based options
• Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers
• Report sales activity through use of CRM and other tools
