Job summary

You will prepare quotations for Parts and Services, conduct after‑sales visits, and maintain CRM data. The role emphasizes building partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales teams and driving revenue through all makes of equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service Sales opportunities in assigned territory to grow revenue, including consumables and parts.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers.
• Conduct after-sales visits to customers.
• Complete and present Komtrax and Warranty certificates; conduct 90‑day revisit; sign up customers for electronic ordering.
• Acquire customer information to build a CRM database with machine lists and contacts.
• Conduct routine machine visits with 50-point inspections and present findings to customers.
• Promote current Parts and Service marketing and sales programs including New, Used, and All Makes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales teams.
• Maintain daily call reports in CRM.
• Collaborate with mainline salesperson in territory to form a strong support team for customers.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by manager.
