Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Product Support Representative (PSR) in Fort Myers, FL. You will expand Linder’s presence in the assigned territory by delivering product support to customers and increasing product support revenue.

Responsibilities include generating quotes for Parts and Service, conducting after-sales visits, performing 50-point inspections, and maintaining CRM data. AA or equivalent required; strong communication and mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities.
General knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts functions, sales and customer needs.
Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities

Increase Parts and Service sales opportunities in assigned territory to grow revenue, including consumables and undercarriage.
Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers.
Conduct after-sales visits to customers.
Complete and present Komtrax and Warranty certificates; conduct 90-day revisit; sign up customers for electronic parts ordering.
