Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, and customer needs.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Expand presence in assigned territory and provide product support to customers.
• Increase Parts and Service sales opportunities, including consumables and service repairs.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations.
• Conduct after-sales visits and sign up customers for electronic ordering.
• Maintain CRM data with machine lists, contacts, and purchasers.
• Perform routine machine visits and 50-point inspections for customers.
• Promote current Parts and Service marketing programs (New, Used, All Makes).
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to support customers.
• Maintain daily CRM call reports and support the sales team.
