Job summary

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service Sales opportunities in assigned territory to grow revenue, including consumables and services.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers.
• Conduct after-sales visits.
• Complete Komtrax and Warranty certificates; sign up customers for electronic ordering.
• Acquire customer information to build a CRM database including machine lists and contacts.
• Conduct routine machine visits with 50-point inspections and present findings.
• Promote Parts and Service marketing and sales programs for New, Used, All Makes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales teams.
• Maintain DAILY CRM call reports.
• Develop strong working relationship with mainline salesperson in territory.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.
