Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college/trade school preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in a parts or service function at a heavy equipment dealer.
• Experience in customer service and sales with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new users and applications for company products.
• Provide Parts and Service quotes to customers.
• Coordinate service repairs and parts deliveries.
• Maintain customer call lists and follow-up activities.
• Assist in developing marketing plans to increase sales and profits.
• Interact with other departments to meet customer needs.
