You will align with Caterpillar and internal leadership to achieve sales, profitability, and customer performance goals. The role requires 7+ years in product support or sales in heavy equipment, with 5+ years in supervision and sales, plus strong client relations skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product support or sales in heavy equipment dealerships.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 5+ years sales experience.
• 3+ years technical or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches PSSR team to hit sales targets and close opportunities.
• Develops regional marketing and sales strategies to grow parts and labor revenue.
• Creates annual business plans and tracks performance against goals.
• Collaborates with functions to review KPI performance regularly.
• Maintains Caterpillar databases and related systems to support service data.
