You will align with Caterpillar and internal Parts and Service leadership to hit sales, profitability, and customer performance goals. The role requires 7+ years in product support or sales, with supervisory experience and a solid understanding of heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 7+ years in product support or sales in heavy equipment environment preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience; strong leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Product Support Sales Representatives and Product Specialists.
• Develop regional marketing and sales strategies to grow parts and labor revenue.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews; coordinate with Caterpillar and internal teams to hit goals.
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction and maintain CRM data accuracy.
