Job summary

CLAAS of America Inc. is seeking a Territory Product Specialist for the Central Region. You will partner with the sales division to drive new customer acquisitions, provide technical knowledge of CLAAS product lines, and lead product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and customers.

The role requires traveling up to 80-100% domestically; ideal locations include Iowa or Minnesota, with a strong agricultural background and ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Ag Business, Ag Engineering or closely related field preferred, not required, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years’ related work experience, preferred.
• Experience in operation of agricultural equipment and precision farming systems, required.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned CLAAS Sales Division to drive sales and new customer acquisition.
• Provide technical and feature knowledge of CLAAS products to audiences; demonstrate equipment and performance.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations with dealers, region team, customers and sales leads.
• Assist with dealer partner assessments of customer needs and advise on best products for operation.
