Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a Sales Representative to guide customers through pool renovation projects in a defined territory. You’ll provide estimates, qualify opportunities, and close deals while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include site visits, explaining remodeling options, coordinating handoffs to operations, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Travel within the territory and bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business to consumer sales (construction, home improvement, pool industry sales experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping, etc.).
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
• Close deals and coordinate smooth handoff to operations team for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts.
