Job summary

Veridian Service Partners in Dallas is seeking a Sales Rep to provide estimates and guide customers through pool renovation from first contact to project handoff within a defined territory. You will qualify opportunities, close sales, and work with operations to schedule projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2C sales in construction/home improvement or pool industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping).
• Build rapport with clients and deliver excellent service through the sales cycle.
• Close deals and hand off to operations for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain records of sales activities in CRM and track forecasts.
• Stay updated on products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
