Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a Sales Rep to generate new business and guide customers through the pool renovation process across a defined territory. You will prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities, building lasting relationships and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer sales (construction/home improvement/pool industry sales preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (pool builds/remodels, plaster, tile, coping).
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
• Close deals and coordinate handoff to operations for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain records of sales activities in CRM and forecast updates.
• Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
