Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a proactive Sales Rep to guide customers through the pool renovation journey—from initial contact to project handoff within your geographic territory. You will estimate projects, qualify leads, and close sales while building lasting relationships.

You'll collaborate with marketing and service teams, conduct site visits, and maintain CRM records to forecast growth. Experience in B2C sales and knowledge of pool-related services is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of B2C sales experience (construction/home improvement/pool industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Self-starter with hunter mentality and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping).
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout sales cycle.
• Close deals and coordinate smooth handoff to operations team for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
