Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is hiring a Sales Rep to guide customers through pool renovation projects from first contact to handoff in a defined territory. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities while building lasting relationships with clients and partners.

The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding sales targets, visiting job sites, and coordinating with operations to ensure a smooth project handoff. Strong communication and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in B2C sales (construction/home improvement/pool industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to read basic construction plans or learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping).
• Build rapport with clients and deliver excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
• Close deals and coordinate handoff to operations for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM and sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends.
