Job summary

Veridian Service Partners in Dallas is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to guide customers through pool renovation projects from first contact to handoff. You will conduct site visits, provide accurate estimates, and build trust with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations, maintain CRM records, stay current on products and pricing, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of B2C sales experience in construction/home improvement/pool industry preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping).
• Build rapport with clients and drive sales throughout the cycle.
• Close deals and hand off to operations for scheduling and execution; maintain CRM records.
