Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory by contacting every contracted physician office to build rapport and grow membership.
• Provide consultative support to physician offices and promote company programs.
• Plan, organize, and implement strategies to increase market share in the territory.
• Document all physician office interactions in the CRM after each visit.
• Coordinate with Physician Liaisons and Operations leadership to drive network growth.
• Attend meetings, conventions, and training sessions as directed by executives.
• Respond professionally to physician office concerns and follow up on action items.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Arrange a minimum of two physician appointments per week with Executive team involvement when beneficial.
