Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior sales-related or medical experience.
• Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with team.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage physician recruitment and network development in the Inland Empire territory.
• Engage in regular face-to-face consults with contracted physician offices.
• Increase patient membership and physician network within designated territory.
• Document all physician office interactions in the CRM after each visit.
• Coordinate with Physician Liaison and Director of Operations; attend meetings and trainings.
• Maintain professional communication and participate in special projects as instructed.
• Aim for quarterly membership growth and new physician office contracts.
