Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Physician Account Manager for field-based sales covering Eastern Kentucky and SW West Virginia. You will manage key accounts, drive growth, and resolve service issues in collaboration with Physicians Account Executives and Specialty Account Executives.

• 3–4 years of sales or account ownership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and economics of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics, and supplies to identify customer needs.
• Ensure customer retention by maintaining relationships with current accounts.
• Drive growth in assigned Key Accounts.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with Physician Account Executives or Specialty Account Executives.
• Partner with Physician Account Executive to resolve account-specific service issues.
• Partner with Customer Solutions Group to facilitate, prioritize and resolve customer service issues.
• Escalate service issues non-resolution as appropriate.
• Leverage all tools and resources (data, sales portal, target lists, Marketing, Laboratory resources, regional resources).
• Provide continuing education to the customer on new technologies and laboratory testing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
