Qualifications

• Three to four years of sales or account ownership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics, and supplies to identify customer needs.
• Maintain relationships to ensure customer retention.
• Drive growth in assigned Key Accounts.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with Physician Account Executives.
• Resolve customer service issues in collaboration with other teams.
• Provide continuing education to customers on new technologies and laboratory testing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly.
