Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. CA phlebotomy licensure is required. The position offers a pay range of $25.80–$27.65 per hour and includes potential annual bonus eligibility.

The role entails travel within the territory up to 75%, specimen collection, accurate labeling, data entry, and maintaining high-quality patient service in a fast-paced lab.

Formación

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following procedures.
• Identify patients and verify specimen labeling; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, store as required.
• Provide professional, efficient service and address patient questions; maintain a clean collection environment.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs and client offices; ensure timely daily operations.
• Follow policies, confidentiality rules, and use lab systems to verify orders.
