• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

• Specimen Collection & Processing: Perform venipuncture and related tasks with accuracy.
• Patient Experience & Customer Service: Provide professional, respectful service and address patient questions.
• Site Support and Travel: Travel within territory; ensure timely office operations and reliable transportation.
• Operations & Compliance: Follow policies, protect patient confidentiality, maintain records and logs.
