Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Sherman Oaks, CA territory. The role requires a state phlebotomy license (CA) and involves travel to Patient Service Centers and client offices. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends.

Pay range is $25.80–$27.65 per hour. Responsibilities include specimen collection, processing, data entry, and maintaining a professional patient experience. A bonus may be offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following procedures.
• Ensure patient identification and correct specimen labeling.
• Enter data accurately for patient registration and billing.
• Travel within assigned territory to PSCs or client offices.
