Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Pasadena, CA territory. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM with rotational weekends. Travel within the territory is required to provide professional phlebotomy services at Patient Service Centers and client sites.

Pay range is $25.80–$27.65 per hour with potential annual bonus based on performance. Benefits are described in detail and include various health, retirement, and educational programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and sign-offs; enter data accurately.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, and store as needed.
• Communicate procedures clearly; maintain a clean, welcoming collection area.
• Travel 75%; cover PSCs and client offices as required.
