Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Sun City, CA territory role, Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position requires a state phlebotomy license and offers a pay range of $25.80–$27.65 per hour with potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include travel to PSCs and client sites, specimen collection, patient registration, and accurate data entry. The role demands independence, strong communication, and adherence to testing protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Specimen Collection & Processing: Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and minimal error.
• Patient Experience & Customer Service: Provide professional, respectful service and address patient questions.
• Site Support and Travel: Travel within the territory to PSCs, IOPs, or other sites and ensure timely coverage.
• Operations & Compliance: Enter billing information accurately and follow policies and safety protocols.
