Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Temecula, CA, is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule. The role requires a state phlebotomy license and offers pay between $25.80 and $27.65 per hour, plus potential annual bonus based on performance.

Travel within the territory to collect specimens is expected. Responsibilities include specimen collection, patient interaction, data entry, and adherence to testing protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• State phlebotomy license required; CA does not accept NHA licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy, labeling, and documentation.
• Ensure proper patient identification and data entry for orders and billing.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs and client offices; maintain timely, accurate collections.
• Maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and corporate policies; support administrative tasks.
