Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team in Omaha, NE.

You will promote client products, develop territory plans, and build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to influence prescribing decisions. The role requires 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Must live within territory.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Proven history and track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to build loyalty and brand recognition.
• Utilize the defined selling model to maximize commitment from customers on every call and drive engagement in the territory.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions to physicians' needs.
