Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory in the United States. You will leverage marketing and clinical expertise to support healthcare providers and drive market share within your territory.

The role requires 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of B2B experience.
• 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical pain management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding results.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license for visits to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Residence within the assigned territory or its boundaries required.
• Understanding of compliance & privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Leverage audience-specific marketing and sales materials
• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted Health Care providers
• Plan and prioritize activities to ensure territory coverage
• Deliver educational and scientific support to inform decisions by physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet market share goals
• Communicate effectively with peers and management
• Demonstrate effective presentation skills
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters
• Manage and maintain expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelines
• Must operate within Compliance Guidelines at all times
• Adherence to Policies, Process and Procedures
