• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of VBL tools and processes.
• Responsible for the sales of parts and service on related equipment.
• Provides support for existing customer base and sources new business opportunities.
• Prepares and presents parts and service quotes and maintenance agreements.
• Prepares sales plans, sales reports, expense, and daily call reports.
• Develops new accounts and maintains existing accounts.
• Identifies and acquires new service contract opportunities.
• Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point.
• Generates a referral network to increase the client base.
• Manages sales funnel and PAR.
• Collaborates with prime product sales team to advise on repair vs replacement of equipment.
• Aids in implementing quality improvement processes focusing on safety, financials, operations and customer service.
• Maintains records of sales and business transactions.
• Prepares sales or other contracts.
