Shentel is seeking a Door to Door Outside Sales Representative in Virginia. You will engage customers at their homes, present high-speed fiber options, and own a territory with independent fieldwork and earning potential.

Base pay is $60,000–$80,000+ with uncapped commissions and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll receive paid onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a pathway to growth in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience or aptitude for in-person sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to manage a local territory and travel within it.
