Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Sharon Region. You will engage homeowners door-to-door and in-home, presenting high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services while owning your territory and driving customer growth.

Base salary is $42K with uncapped commissions and up to $11K in bonuses; annual target compensation up to $105K. Training, perks, and a strong benefits package support career growth in a fast-growing fiber company.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required; after traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your territory, reimbursement at IRS rate; travel outside the territory reimbursed at IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
