Job summary

Kinetic seeks an entry-level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents in local neighborhoods, explain fiber internet and home connectivity options, and close orders with a strong customer-service approach.

You’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and uncapped commissions with a starting base salary plus performance-based earnings. Sign-on bonus of $2,500. This role is in your local community and uses company-provided mobile tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right home connectivity solutions.
