Shentel is seeking a Door to Door Outside Sales Representative in Virginia. You will engage customers at their homes, present high-speed fiber options, and own a territory with independent fieldwork and earning potential.

Base pay is $60,000–$80,000+ with uncapped commissions and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll receive paid onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a pathway to growth in a growing company.

About the Role

As a Shentel Outside Sales Representative, you’ll represent our brand in the community by connecting directly with customers at their homes and helping them connect to high-speed fiber internet. You’ll build relationships, guide customers through their options, and take ownership of your assigned territory while working independently in the field.
