Builders FirstSource is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships and drive growth in the Kingston, WA area. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to builders, contractors, and project managers across your territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and business development activities.
Assess customer needs and recommend products and solutions that help achieve project goals.
Represent the company by gathering customer requirements and designing solutions.
Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts for residential and construction projects.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to current and prospective customers.
Stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Educate customers on products, services, and value-added solutions.
Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot field issues when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful project execution.
