Job summary

AGM TOOLS is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with customers in your territory, evaluating needs, and negotiating successful deals.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Outside sales experience essential
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and persistence to close deals

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with customers
• Travel within territory to appointments and meetings
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
